Nothing like a vibrant splash of skeletons to light up our day!
The objective of this point system game is to curate a sequence of cards in ascending order (and hopefully from the same family, for bonus points). Players take turns flipping over as many cards as they want from the central deck to choose one for keeps each round- but don’t get overzealous. You lose your turn completely if you turn over 2 cards of the same colour - and you don't get to keep any card from that round at all. If you think that's tough, you'd want to pray that you don't turn over a '12' card too soon, as that signals the end of game play for you, after which it's time to tally your score. (Based on this rule, the game ends at different points for different players, simply based on when their first '12' card is drawn'.)
Develops:
• Strategic thinking
• Impulse control
• Risk-taking
• Decision making
• Family/group bonding
We love Squelettos because it refines a player's risk-taking personality and seeks to achieve a balance between being too impulsive and too conservative. We all want to have a good range of choices - but when exactly should we pull out and make a decision? Speaking of which, out of all the cards that lay before us now, which makes most strategic sense for us to keep?
